Instructions on how to reach the property

The first way Is to take a taxi for the point of your arrival the cost of these are start from 25 euro or 30 euro
The second way Is to take the local bus from the port or from the airport the cost for it I going to be about 1,50 euro
The local bus Is going to leave you to the terminal bus station in Fira ,the fira town Is the capital of the Santorini and are located at the middle point of the island
Over there you going to change bus and take the bus which going to leave for the area of Oia village the cost for this way Is about 1,40 euro .The village of oia are located at the north part of the island.
I forgot to inform you that the port are located at the middle of the island and the name of the port Is Athinios also the airport are located also at the middle of the island and Is very closed to the village of Kamari.
In case that you going to choice to arrive to the hotel by your self with a rend car I going to give you some information for it
If you come from the port or from the airport you going to follow the road for to reach the area of Fira town ,you must follow the sign of the road
When you are going to be in FIra town there Is at the north part of the town of fira a road that Is going to lead you to the area of oia ,Is important when you are going to start and take the road of oia to have the caldera or with others words the '' cliffs '' at your left side of the road .
Always we recommend before you arrive to the island of the Santorini you must have choice the way that you like for to come to
the hotel because Is not easy to find a last minute transfer Or a taxi to the port or to the airport.

BOOKING POLICY :

In order to make a reservation at the Atlantida villa Santorini Hotel Apartments, Suites and studios accommodation in Oia (Ia), Santorini, it is necessary that 33% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via :

* Credit card (Visa ,Diners Club, Mastercard and America express) - credit card details must be sent by client via fax at the number 0030 22860 28633 or by email
* Deposit to the bank account , which are going to provide you a an answer to your request : Agricultural Bank of Greece or Alpha bank.

For 2 nights stay, it is necessary that one be prepaid (50% of the total cost of the stay).
For bookings of 5 units or more into the hotel: 8% discount.
Check-in time: 13:30 (afternoon) & Check-out time: 11:30 (morning)

Cancellation Policy

MIDDLE SEASON & LOW SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled at the hotel :

* 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
* 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date, 33% is charged
* 2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% is charged

HIGH SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled at the hotel :

* 22 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
* 21 to 11 days prior to the arrival date, 33% is charged
* 10 to 3 prior to the arrival date, 50% is charged
* 2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% is charged
* In case of no-show (no stay) or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
