Cancellation Policy

In all cases no later than 14 days during the period High Season (11 Jan-15 Apr, 16 Jul-31 Aug), 7 days during the period Green Season (16 Apr- 15 Jul, 1 Sep-23 Dec.) , 21 days during the period Peak Season (24 Dec-10 Jan ). If cancellation is received later than the indicated period, the guests will be charged a cancellation fee for one night of the room rate during high season and green season , and fully charge the total amount during the peak season. Early check out will be subject to one night charge
